Europe and Dow were all down last night. Dow -75 closing at 18036.  Dow's uptrend is flattening.  Dow's future is now -66. Europe opened flat.

Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei -539, ShanghaiC -34, Hangseng -267.  STI closed -11 at 3476.  Volume was 1.5b shares.  Gainers were 213 to 240 losers.

Trend of STI is down.

Top volumes were MDR unchanged, ChinaFishery -0.3, IHC -0.5, HPHTrust unchanged, SinoConstruction -0.1, Noble +1, GCCP IPO closed at 15.1, Jiutian +0.3, PacificAndes +0.2, SingTel -1.

STI opened down and stayed down for the whole session. It closed off its day low of 3467.  Blue chips were mixed, saved by some window dressing. General market was mixed.

Dow's future is down at the moment while Europe is starting to turn positive.

Europe closed mostly down. Dow opened down but closed +72 at 18110.  Dow's trend is still sideways. Dow's future is now flat. Europe opened slightly up.

Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei closed, ShanghaiC +6, Hangseng -42.  STI closed -6 at 3489. Volume was 1.5b shares.  Gainers were 197 to 270 losers.

Trend of STI is coming down.

Top volumes were SinoConstruction -0.1, Digiland unchanged, IHC -0.5, Ezion -6.5, QTVascular -4.5, CNA +0.1, Jaya -0.2, ThaiBev -0.5, Mirach -0.2, Vallianz -0.3.

STI was down most part of the day but traded in a small band. Blue chips were mostly lower. The general market too was weaker and volume fell to 1.6b shares. It looks like the recent run on blue chips is coming to an end and the sell in May and go away is going to be repeated.

Dow and Europe are looking flat at the moment.

Market opened marginally down but crept up slightly to stay slighlty positive for most part of the session. It slipped back to negstive in the last our of trading.  Blue chips were generally firmer. The general market also saw slightly more gainers than losers.

Europe and Dow's future at this moment are slightly down.

Europeann bourses closed mixed last nigh.  Dow was down on opening but recovered to close +20 at 18059.  Dow's trend is inching back up.  Dow's future at the moment is +46. Europe opened up.  

Asian bourses closed mixed.  Nikkei -168, ShanghaiC -20, Hangseng +233.  STI closed +2 at 3505.  Volume was 2b shares.  Gainers wer 282 to 196 losers.

Trend of STI is starting to turn up again.

Top volumes were SinoConstruction -0.1, Digiland unchanged, SIIC -0.5, LH unchanged, Noble -2, IHC unchanged, Mirach +0.8, USP -1.6, Blumont +0.1, Vallianz +0.3.

STI was up on opening and went higher in the first hour but gave up most of the gains by end of hte day. It closed only +2.  Blue chips were mostly higher.  The general market was also firmer.

Europe and Dow are looking slightly firm for tonight at this moment.
