Asian bourses closed mostly positive. Nikkei +59, ShanghaiC +17, Hangseng +219. STI closed +16 at 3058. Volume was 2.7b shares. Gainers were 253 to 141 losers.
Trend of STI is sideways.

STI opened flat and moved up slightly through the session. It stayed positive throughout the session closing off its high of 3063 at 3058.
Europe are now still down but Dow's future slightly up.
