European bourses closed flat last night. Dow closed -113 at 21003. Trend of Dow is still up. Dow's future at the moment is -52. European bourses opened slightly down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -96, ShanghaiC -11, Hangseng -175. STI closed -14 at 3122. Volume was 2.2b shares. Gainers were 153 to 245 losers.
Trend of STI is sideways.
Top volumes were Ezra -0.4, Noble +1, BlackGold -0.1, Spackman -0.4, YZJ +7, HealthwayMed -0.1, Metech unchanged, GoldenAgri -0.5, AllianceMineral unchanged, SembcorpMarine +9.5.
STI opened down and fell further in mid session. It only recovered in mid afternoon to close off its low, -14 pts. Blue chips were mostly down. The general market was also down.
European bourses and Dow's future at the moment are still down.
