European bourses were up last night. Dow was down in the last two sessions. It closed -33 last night. Dow's trend is starting to turn down. Dow's future at the moment is -11. European bourses opened flat.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +61, ShanghaiC +9, Hangseng +110. STI closed +17 at 3267. Volume was 2.1b shares. Gainers were 198 to 257 losers.
Trend of STI is up.
Top volumes were DISA +0.1, Noble -42, Jadason +0.4, SingTel -1, Addvalue unchanged, Imperium +1.1, Thaibev -1.5, ChinaSunsine -2, MoyaAsia -1, Charisma -0.1.
STI opened up and moved higher to hit a day high of +25 pts. It started to pull back a bit in the afternoon to close +17. Blue chips were firmer but the general market was weaker. Noble suffered from strong selling losing more than 30% of its value in a day.
European bourses are moving up slightly at this moment. Dow's future is still slightly down.
