European bourses continued to plod along aimlessly yesterday, staying flat.

Dow closed -32 at 22841.  Trend of Dow is still up.  Dow's future at this

moment is +1.  European bourses opened again flat.

Asian bourses closed mostly up.  Nikkei +200, ShanghaiC +5, Hangseng +17.

STI closed +18 at 3321.  Volume was 2b shares.  Gainers were 254 to 165

losers.

Trend of STI is going up.

Top volumes were Sincap +0.4, Rowsley unchanged, Alliance +3.5, MoyaAsia

-0.9, ThaiBev -0.5, Magnus unchanged, Oceanus +0.2, Oxley unchanged,

RafflesEducation +4, CompactMetal +0.3.

STI opened flat but moved up through the day to close near day high on a

Friday. Blue chips were mostly green. The general market was also firmer.

European bourses at this moment are still flat and so is Dow's future.
