Dow -31 last night closing at 15964
while Europe were slightly positive. Dow's trend is still up. Dow's
future is now -60. Europe opened slightly down.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei
-265, ShanghaiC -11, Hangseng -120. STI closed +4 at 3040. Volume
was 2.1b shares. Gainers were 173 to 279 losers.
STI's trend is up.
Top volumes were Albedo -0.3, OceanSky
-7.1, Transcu unchanged, CharismaEner unchanged, HanKore unchanged, KLW
-0.2, Vallianz -0.5, GoldenAgr +0.5, Cedar unchanged, OttoMarine +0.1.
Market opened down but recovered for
the first half of the session. A bit of weakening in late afternoon but
still closed +4. There were some profit taking in line with the retreat
in regional bourses. Blue chips were mixed. Penny and speculatives
were also slightly weaker.
OceanSky continued to fall sharply,
-7.1 to close at 12.9, a pattern quite similar to the Blumont/Liongold
falls.
Dow and Europe are looking a bit weak
at the moment.
