Europe and Dow were down last night. Dow closed -52 at 18086. Dow's trend is still sideways. Dow's future is now -56. Europe opened firmly up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +63, ShanghaiC +42, Hangseng +357. STI closed +12 at 2829. Volume was 2.1b shares. Gainers were 227 to 192 losers.
Trend of STI still down but short term trend is starting to turn up.
Top volumes were WE +0.1, Noble +0.2, Equation +0.2, HLH +0.1, SunMoon +0.1, GoldenAgri +1, SweeHong -0.1, Ezra -0.2, ISR Capital +6, lionGold unchanged.
STI opened flat and turned positive after half an hour to stay positive for the rest of the session. It closed near day high. Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was slightly firmer.
European bourses are still firmly up but Dow's future at this moment is still negative.
