European bourses and Dow were down last night. Dow closed -14 at 21360. Trend of Dow is still pointing up. Dow's future's data not available at the moment. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -52, ShanghaiC -10, Hangseng +61. STI closed -4 at 3228. Volume was 2.3b shares. Gainers were 229 to 161 losers.
Trend of STI is turning down.
Top volumes were HuAnCable +0.1, Sincap +0.2, NicoSteel +0.2, GoldenAgri -0.5, ImperiumCrown -0.2, LeyChoon unchamged, Polaris +0.1, DISA +0.1, HPHTrust -0.5, Genting -2.
STI opened marginally up and moved up further to stay up for most part of the session. It started to drift down in mid afternoon to negative and closed at day low at -4. Blue chips were mixed but the general market was firmer.
European bourses are up at the moment. No data on Dow's future.
