Europe and Dow were down last night. Dow closed -57 at 21410. Trend of Dow is starting to weaken. Dow's future at the moment is -29. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -10, ShanghaiC -9, Hangseng -20. STI closed +10 at 3212. Volume was 2.1b shares. Gainers were 194 to 199 losers.
Trend of STI is sideways at the moment.
Top volumes were DISA +0.1, Sincap -0.1, Addvalue -0.1, Genting -6.5, LeyChoon +0.1, Jadason +0.1, Jasper unchanged, Noble -6.5, SuntecReit +2, MoyaAsia -0.3.
STI opened slightly up and moved higher to reach day high over lunch hours. It weakened slightly after lunch to close off its day high with a gain of 10 points.
Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was mixed.
European bourses and Dow's future at the moment are down.
