European bourses and Dow were down slightly last night. Dow closed -28 at
24727. Trend of Dow is still up but weakening. Dow's future at this
moment is -19. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -26, ShanghaiC +13, Hangseng +133. STI
closed -12 at 3383. Volume was 1.2b shares. Gainers were 180 to 182
losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were AlliedTech +0.7, Rowsley -0.1, Cosco +1, ThaiBev -0.5,
Jiutian +0.2, Midas -0.3, CWX +0.1, Oceanus unchanged, SingTel -1, Infinio
-0.1.
STI opened marginally down. It stayed roughly flat the session and slipped
to slightly down by mid afternoon. It closed at day low at -12.
Blue chips were mixed. The general market was slightly weaker.
