European bourses were flat and mixed. Dow closed -40 at 24141. Uptrend of
Dow is weakening. Dow's future at this moment is +9. European bourses
opened slightly up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +321, ShanghaiC -22, Hangseng +78. STI
closed -12 at 3385. Volume was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 152 to 225
losers.
Trend of STI is turning down.
Top volumes were AlliedTech -0.9, Jiutian +0.2, Midas -0.9, Rowsley -0.3,
DISA unchanged, ComfortDelgro -5, Genting -4, GoldenAgri unchanged, Cosco
-2.5, ThaiBev unchanged.
STI opened flat and then moved to positive for a couple of hours before
sliding to negative. It continued to slide down through the rest of the
session to closed near day low at -12. Blue chips were generally weaker.
The general market was down.
