Dow was marginally down on Fri at 16437,
-8 while Europe were positive. Dow's trend is dipping down. Dow's
future is now -32. Europe opened up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei
+32, ShanghiaC -4, Hangseng +43. STI closed -8 at 3135. Volume was
3.7b shares. Gainers were 161 to 272 losers.
Trend of STI is flat but weakening.
Top volumes were Albedo -0.5, WEHldg
+0.4, Hankore -0.3, KLW unchanged, Memstar +0.1, CCM -0.2, Federal +0.6,
CharismaEner -0.1, GSH -0.1, Vallianz -0.4.
Market opened up but drifted down to
close at near day low at -8. Blue chips were generally weaker. Penny
and speculatives too were weaker. Regional bourses were steady.
There are still more than 2 weeks to
CNY and there is still a possibility of some play. Usually the market will
be steady till chap goh meh.
Europe is steady at the moment while
Dow's future slightly down.
