Asina bourses were mostly down. Nikkei -203, ShanghaiC +26, Hangseng -385. STI closed -6 at 2919. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 194 to 270 losers.

STI opened down and stay down for the whole day. It closed off its day off at -7. Blue chips were mostly down but recovered some losses in the last hour. The general market is also down.
European bourse are still down but Dow's future has started to turn marginally positive.
