Europe and Dow were firmly up last night. Dow +213 closing at 17706. Short term trend of Dow is turning up. Europe opened firmly up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +259, ShanghaiC -6, Hangseng +538. STI closed +23 at 2774. Volume was 1.8b shares. Gainers were 250 to 177 losers.
Trend of STI is firming up.
Top volumes were Noble unchanged, Spackman +0.6, Ezra -0.1, Annica unchanged, MDR unchanged, Cedar +01, QTVascular -0.8, Genting +0.5, GlobalLogistic +1.5, SingTel +1.
STI opened up and stayed up for the whole session. it drifted down slightly in late trading to close near day low but still +23. lue chips were mostly up. The general market was a bit firmer.
Europe and Dow's future are slightly up at the moment.
