European bourses and Dow were up last
night. Dow closed +140 17869. Trend of Dow is still up but flattening.
Dow's future is now -20. European bourses opened slightly down.
Asiand bourses were mixed. Nikkei
-59, ShanghaiC +16, Hangseng -213. STI closed +8 at 3442. Volume
was 1.2b shares. Gainers were 191 to 264 losers.
Trend of STI is flat.
Top volumes were PacificAndes -0.4,
Blumont -0.1, IC +1, SIIC +0.2, HPHTrust -0.5, GlobalLogistic +8, Ezion
-4, WE -0.1, SingTel +2, Vallianz -0.3.
Market opened flat, dipped down for
a brief moment but recovered to stay positive through the session. Blue
chips were generally firmer. Penny and speculatives were slightly
weaker.
Europe and Dow's future are slightly
weaker at the moment.
