European bourses closed positive but Dow closed -49 at 17169 last night. Trend of Dow is starting to turn down. Dow's future at the moment is +36. European bourses have opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -118, ShanghaiC +48, Hangseng -144. STI closed +15 at 3041. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 229 to 178 losers.
Trend of STI is still up.
Top volumes were APAC -1.7, Rowsley +1.1, Informatics +1.6, Genting +5.5, LoyzEnergy +0.4, Stratech +0.2, MDR unchanged, GreatGroup unchanged, MMP -0.1, ChinaFishery -0.2.
STI opened flat but moved up and stayed up for the whole session. Blue chips were mostly firmer. The general market was also firmer with slightly more gainers than losers.
Europe still mixed at the moment and relatively flat. Dow's future is slightly up.
