European bourses closed mixed last night but Dow gained 166 points to close at 17417. Trend of Dow is still down but trying to turn up. Dow's future at the moment is +31. European bourses opened up sharply.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -29, ShanghaiC -14, Hangseng +211. STI closed +11 at 2864. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 255 to 172 losers.
Trend of STI is turning up.
Top volumes were Noble +2, RexIntl +0.9, Stratech +0.4, Cosco +7, Ezra +0.3, Spackman +0.9, Rowsley +0.4, AceAchieve +0.3, YZJ +3, Vallianz +0.1.
STI opened slightly up and stayed positive for the whole session but within a small range. Blue chips were seen a bit more gainers than losers. The general market was firmer.
Europe and Dow's future are positive at the moment.
