Europe closed mixed last night. Dow closed -24 at 17528. The uptick of Dow's chart is weakening. Dow's future is now +73. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +108, ShanghaiC +30, Hangseng +86. STI closed +12 at 2887. Volume was 800m shares. Gainers were 237 to 164 losers.
Trend of STI is looking up.
Top volumes were Terratech -0.6, GlobalTech +1.2, Vashion unchanged, APAC +0.2, GeoEnegry -0.7, Xpress unchanged, YingLi +0.9, Jiutian -0.1, Cosco -3.5, AllianceMineral +1.2.
STI opened up marginally and stayed positive for the whole session but with small gains closing near day high but only +11 pts. Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was also firmer with slightly more gainers than losers. Volume still remained below the 1 billion mark.
Europe and Dow's future are still positive at this moment.
