Europe and Dow were still up last night. Dow +16 closing at 17229. Trend of Dow is up. Dow's future is now is now -63. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei -117, ShanghaiC +5, Hangseng -147. STI clkosed -12 at 2836. Volume was 2b shares. Gainers were 178 to 242 losers.
Trend of STI is still up.
Top volumes were Ezra -0.5, APAC unchanged, Magnus +0.1, IEV -0.5, Spackman -0.2, China Yongsheng +0.1, AscottReit -5.5, Noble -1, JEP -0.2, Yuuzoo -0.2.
STI opened slightly up but slipped to negative after fifteen minutes and stayed negative for the rest of the session. It closed near day low. Blue chips were mostly red. The general market was weaker. This could be the start of a correction after so many days of gains.
European bourses and Dow's future are down at the moment.
