European bourses and Dow were slightly down last night. Dow closed -59 at 19827. Dow's future at the moment is +21. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +81, ShanghaiC +4, Hangseng +257. STI closed -15 at 2997. Volume was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 215 to 184 losers.
Trend of STI still turning down.
Top volumes were Equation unchanged, Noble +0.1, SweeHong -0.2, NicoSteel -0.2, YingLi +0.5, Genting +0.5, QTVascular +0.3, LionGold unchanged, Ezra +0.1, Spackman -0.1.
STI opened down and stayed down for the whole session, staying just about 10 pts down. Blue chips were mixed but banks were down. The general market saw slightly more gainers than losers.
European bourses are mixed at this moment while Dow's future is slightly up.
