Europe closed flat and mixed last night. Dow closed +113 at 19913. Trend of Dow is starting to turn back up. Dow's future at the moment is +60. European bourses opened sharply up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +270, ShanghaiC +7, Hangseng +99. STI closed -2 at 3040. Volume was 1.8b shares. Gainers were 202 to 211 losers.
Trend of STI is easing up again.
Top volumes were Noble -0.1, LionGold -0.1, Magnus unchanged, Artivision +0.1, HPHTrust unchanged, NicoSteel -0.1, SunMoon -0.2, Oceanus -0.2, GoldenAgri -0.5, SingTel +2.
STI opened up but by lunch time was flat. It continued to slip down further and by mid after was in the red. It ended up -2, near its day low. Blue chips were mixed with losers a bit more than gainers. The general market was likewise a bit weaker.
European bourses are up at this moment and so is Dow's future.
