European bourses and Dow closed up last night. Dow was +68 at 26453.
Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +56, ShanghaiC +10, Hangseng -5.
STI closed +13 at 3344. Volume was 1.1b shares. Gainers were 183 to 200
losers.
Trend of STI is turning up slightly.
Top volumes were AsianPayTV -1.3, MDR unchanged, JCG unchanged,
MapletreeLogTr +2, ChinaRealEstate unchanged, RexIntl +0.2, YingLi +0.1,
Genting -0.5, YZJ -2, SingTel -1.
STI opened marginally up and moved higher after half an hour of trading. It
closed for lunch +16. After lunch it moved up a little more but fell back
to close at +13 at 3344.
Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was weaker.
