Europe were firmly up last night while Dow was closed. Dow's downtrend is seeing a break at this point. Dow's future is now +261. European opened slightly up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +32, ShanghaiC +91, Hangseng +204. STI closed +33 at 2641. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 274 to 153 losers.
Trend of STI is turning up.
Top volumes were Ezra +0.3, Spackman +0.7, Noble +1, LuzhouBioChem +0.4, RexIntl +0.2, GoldenAgri unchanged, Capitaland +1, SingTel +4, GlobalLogistic +1.5, Genting unchanged.
STI opened flat and dipped to negative in the first half hour before its climb throughout the session to close near day high. Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was also firmer.
Europe and Dow's future at the moment are all positive.
