European bourses closed mixed on Friday. Dow closed -32 at 17807. Trend of Dow is still slightly up but weakening. Dow's future at the moment is +13. European bourses opened marginally up.
Asian bourses closed flat and mixed. Nikkei -82, ShanghaiC -4, Hangseng +83. STI closed +20 at 2829. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 216 to 212 losers.
Trend of STI is pointing up.
Top volumes were Noble -2.5, KLW +0.1, Alliance +0.7, Annica unchanged, ImperiumCrown +1, Ezra +0.1, Genting -0.5, Yoma +1, GoldenAgri -1.5, Singtel +5.
STI opened up and stayed up for the whole session gaining a few more points through the day. It closed off its high of 2834 at 2828. Blue chips were firmer with banks leading the gains, but the general market was mixed.
European bourses are flat and mixed at the moment while Dow's future is slightly up.
