European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow was closed. European bourses
opened mixed but more on the positive side.
Asian bourses closed mostly on the positive side. Nikkei +28, ShanghaiC
+2, Hangseng +158. STI closed +20 at 3443. Volume was 2.5b shares.
Gainers were 220 to 159 losers.
Trend of STI is pointing slightly up.
Top volumes were QTVascular +0.1, AlliedTech -0.1, Cosco +6.5, Rowsley
+0.3, Jiutian unchanged, Midas -0.6, AdvancedSystems -0.1, ThaiBev +3,
Infinio unchanged, Sincap +0.1.
STI opened flat but moved up gradually through the day to close at day
high. Blue chips were mostly green. The general market was firmer.
