European bourses closed mixed on Friday. Dow closed +32 at 23558. Trend
of Dow is still trying to resume its uptrend. European bourses opened
down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -55, ShanghaiC -31, Hangseng
-180. STI closed -3 at 3439. Volume was 1.7b shares. Gainers were 151 to
239 losers.
Trend of STI is turning up slightly.
Top volumes were AlliedTech +0.2, Cosco unchanged, Midas +0.9, LippoMalls
-2, SweeHong unchanged, SingTel unchanged, Jiutian -0.2, MDR unchanged,
Rowsley -0.2, MMPResources -0.1.
STI opened flat then drifted down slightly and remained slightly down
through the whole session. It closed off its day low at -3. Blue chips
were mixed and the general market was down.
