European bourses and Dow's future were up last Friday.  Dow closed +255 at

24103.  Trend of Dow is starting to show early signs of turning up.  Dow's

future at this moment is -83.  European bourses opened up.

Asian bourses closed mixed.  Nikkei -66, ShanghaiC -5, Hangseng +71. STI

closed +4 at 3432.  Volume was 808m shares.  Gainers were 163 to 212

losers.

Trend of STI is about to break up.

Top volumes were ISRCapital -0.1, ASTI +2.2, Accrelist unchanged, Genting

+1, AusGroup -0.8, ThaiBev +0.5, Blumont +0.1, GoldenAgri unchanged, AA

unchanged, Oceanus +0.1.

STI opened up and stayed marginally up on closing for lunch. After lunch it

slipped to flat for a short moment before turning to close slightly

positive at +4.

Blue chips were mixed while the general market was slightly weaker.

European bourses are up at this moment but Dow's future is down.
