European bourses and Dow closed down on Friday. Dow closed -277 at 29103. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -142, ShanghiaC +15, Hangseng -163. STI closed -24 at 3157. Volume was 1.6b shares. Gainers were 172 to 301 losers.
Trend of STI is starting to look down.
Top volumes were Medtecs +0.8, MDR unchanged, ClearBridge +1.8, HealthwayMed +0.2, Genting -1, ThaiBev -1, UGHealthcare +3, RexIntl -0.3, AsiaMedic unchanged, Ntegrator unchanged.
STI opened -39 at 3181 but turned up to hit day high at 3173. It then turned back down to close for lunch at 3163. After lunch it fell a bit more to close the day at 3157.
Blue chips were mostly down. The general market was down.
European bourses are down at this moment while Dow's future is slightly up.
