European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +144 at 28400. Dow's trend is looking up again. European bourses opened sharply up.
Asian bourses mostly recovered and closed up. Nikkei +113, ShanghaiC +37, Hangseng +319. STI closed +43 at 3159. Volume was 1.7b shares. Gainerswere 328 to 167 losers.
Trend of STI is about to turn up.
Top volumes were Medtecs -0.6, RexIntl +1, Goldenagri +0.5, Ntegrator +0.2, MDR unchanged, AusGroup +0.3, OEL +0.1, Genting unchanged, YZJ +3.5, SingTel +5.
STI opened +19 at 3135. It continued to climb to close the morning at 3149. After lunch it climbed higher and closed the session near day high at 3159.
Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was higher.
European bourses and Dow's future are firmly up at this moment.
