European bourses closed up last night while Dow was flat at 29276. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly higher. Nikkei +175, ShanghaiC +25, Hangseng +240. STI closed +44 at 3220. Volume was 1.9b shares Gainers were 342 to 157 losers.
Trend of STI is looking up slightly.
Top volumes were ChinaRealREstate unchanged, BroadwayInd +2.9, Trendlines -0.3, Medtecs +0.1, GSSEnergy +1.5, RexIntl +0.4, AusGroup +0.2, Goldenagri +1, SingTel +4, Genting +1.5.
STI opened +7, weakened to flat before making a sustained climb to close near morning high at 3207. After lunch it moved higher to hit day high at 3223 before easing off to close at 3220.
Blue chips were mostly higher while the general market was firmer with gainers doubling losers.
European bourses and Dow's future are up at this moment.
