European bourses and Dow were up again last night. Dow closed +89 at 29380. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -46, ShanghaiC +9, Hangseng -89. STI closed -54 at 3177. Volume was 1.7b shares. Gainers were 174 to 319 losers.
Trend of STI is sideways.
Top volumes were Medtecs +2.7, HealthwayMed +0.2, RexIntl -1, OEL -0.1, Genting -1.5, ThaiBev -5.5, AsiaMedic +0.1, Ntegrator -0.1, AusGroup -0.2, YZJ -4.
STI opened -17 at 3214. It dipped further but recovered to close for lunch at 3208. After lunch STI fell and hit day low at 3171 in late afternoon before pulling back a bit to close the session at 3177.
Blue chips were weaker. The general market also saw more losers than gainers.
European bourses are mixed and Dow's future is down at this moment.
