Europe and Dow were down last night.
Dow -71 at 16915. Dow's trend is up though short term trend is slipping
down. Dow's future is now +43. Europe opened up.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei
-52, ShanghaiC +9, Hangseng -6. STI closed +20 at 3290. Volume
was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 211 to 226 losers.
Trend of STI is flat.
Top volumes were APAC +0.2, MirachEnergy
-0.7, IHC -0.5, Vallianz +0.1, Artivision -0.3, Sincap +1.1, Polaris -0.1,
SIIC +0.2, ChinaGaoxian +0.2, SMJIntl -3.5.
Market opened up despite Dow's fall
last night. It continued to gain strength through the day to close at day
high. Blue chips were generally firmer. Penny stocks were also seeing more
gainers.
Europe and Dow are looking steady at
the moment.
