Dow and Europe were down last night.
Dow -55 at 17983. Trend of Dow is starting to turn down. Dow's
future now is +14. Europe still closed.
Asian bourses closed firmer for the
year. Nikkei closed today. ShanghaiC +22, Hangseng +104. STI
closed +5 at 3371. Volume was 600m shares. Gainers were 197
to 134 losers.
Trend of STI is still up but flattening.
Top volumes were IHC -0.5, GoldenAgri
unchanged, Memstar +0.1, STATSChipac +2, LifeBrandz unchanged, BengKuang
unchanged, PacificAndes +0.3, Yuuzoo +1.5, Noble +1, CosmoSteel unchanged.
Market opened flat but climbed to stay
slightly positive for the rest of the session. Blue chips were mostly up.
Penny stocks were mixed.
Dow's future at the moment is slightly
positive while Europe is still closed.
