European bourses closed mixed on Friday. Dow closed -31 at 20548. Trend of Dow is attempting to turn up. Dow's future at the moment is +180. European bourses opened strongly up with 3 digit gains.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +255, ShanghaiC -43, Hangseng +97. STI closed +4 at 3144. Volume was 3.3b shares. Gainers were 196 to 233 losers.
Trend of STI is slightly down.
Top volumes were Magnus unchanged, Addvalue +0.1, HealthwayMed -0.1, DISA +0.2, Noble +0.1, Chasen +1.3, Accrelist unchanged, SingTel unchanged, GoldenAgri +0.5, Spackman +0.3.
STI opened up but slipped down quickly to stay negative for the most part of the session. Despite the strong gains when Europe opened, STI managed only to creep up a little to move to marginally positive. Blue chips were slightly firmer. The general market was weaker.
European bourses and Dow's future are still strongly up at this moment.
