European bourses closed slightly up last night. Dow closed +232 at 20996. Trend of Dow is looking up. Dow's future at the moment is +3. European bourses opened marginally up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +153, ShanghaiC +6, Hangseng +122. STI closed +7 at 3171. Volume was 2.7b shares. Gainers were 233 to 186 losers.
Trend STI is starting to look up.
Top volumes were Addvalue -0.2, C&GEnv +0.8, Noble -0.6, BlackGold +0.2, HealthwayMed -0.1, Genting +4, Yuuzoo -1.2, Chasen -0.1, ThaiBev unchanged, SingTel -1.
STI opened marginally down but crept up gradually through the session to close +7. Blue chips were slightly firmer and so was the general market.
European bourses are flat and mixed at this moment while Dow's future is marginally positive.
