European bourses were up last night but Dow closed -179 at 24834.  Trend of

Dow is starting to turn down.  European bourses opened sharply down.

Asian bourses closed sharply down.  Nikkei -265, ShanghaiC -45, Hangseng

-569.  STI closed -43 at 3500.  Volume was 1.3b shares.  Gainers were 140

to 281 losers.

Trend of STI is breaking down.

Top volumes were NicoSteel -0.1, InnoPac +0.1, Ezion unchanged, PineCap

unchanged, SingTel -6, GoldenAgri -2.5, Genting -4, QTVascular +0.2, YZJ

-2.

STI opened flat but fell immediately. It continued to fall through the

session to close near day low at -43. Blue chips were mostly down. The

general market was down.

European bourses and Dow's future at this moment are firmly down.
