European bourses closed mixed last night.  Dow closed +306 at 24668.  Trend

of STI is seeing an uptick after a week of falls.  European bourses opened

mixed.

Asian bourses closed mostly higher,  Nikkei +197, ShanghaiC +56, Hangseng

+443.  STI closed +3 at 3447.  Volume was 2.1b shares.  Gainers were 198 to

190 losers.

Trend of STI is still down.

Top volumes were HPHTrust -2, Accrelist unchanged, APAC +0.1, GoldenAgri

+0.5, YZJ +4, Ezion -0.4, CapitalMallTrust -3, SuntecReit +4, Venture +45.

STI opened up and stayed positive for the whole session. However the high

was in the opening and it slid down all the way to close near day low at

+3.

Blue chips were generally firmer. The general market mixed with equal

gainers and losers.

European bourses are still mixed at this moment while Dow's future is up.
