European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +320 at 24777.
Trend of Dow is starting to turn up. European bourses opened mixed and
rather flat.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +145, ShanghaiC +12, Hangseng -6.
STI closed +42 at 3271. Volume was 2.4b shares. Gainers were 250 to 123
losers.
Trend of STI has also done a golden crossing and turning up.
Top volumes were Ezion +0.8, Asiatic +0.1, YZJ +3, Kingboard +1.5, Jiutian
+0.3, Noble +1.6, GoldenAgri unchanged, ThomsonMed +0.2, Genting +3,
Oceanus -0.1.
STI opened up and reached day high before closing for lunch. After lunch
it pulled back to a day low only to turn back up by mid afternoon to close
near day high at +42.
Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was firmer with gainers
double losers.
