European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +30 at 27911. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +33, ShanghaiC -9, Hangseng +349. STI closed +26 at 3198. Volume was 1.1b shares. Gainers were 225 to 183 losers.
Trend of STI is slightly up.
Top volumes were RexIntl +1.2, Tritech +0.1, GoldenAgri -0.5, YZJ +1, MapletreeCom Tr -5, InterraResources +0.9, SingTel +3, GSSEnergy +0.6, CapitaMallTr -4, AscendasReir -2, MapletreeNAC Tr -1.
STI opened slightly up and moved higher hitting day high after an hour of trading at 3206. It then pulled back slightly to close for lunch at 3199. After lunch it moved up slightly only to fall back a little and closed at 3198.
Blue chips were more gainers than losers. The general market was firmer.
European bourses and Dow's future are up at this moment.
