European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow was +96 at 28552. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses are closed at this moment.
Some Asian bourses have closed for Christmas. Nikkei -9, ShanghaiC +7, Hangseng -47 at this moment. STI closed +10 at 3224. Volume was 570m shares. Gainers were 202 to 148 losers.
Trend of STI is slightly up.
Top volumes were BroadwayInd +1.2, RexIntl +0.3, YZJ +0.1, InterraResources +0.4, DynaMac +1.1, Spackman +0.1, IEV +0.3, SenYue +0.3, GSSEnergy +0.2, MapletreeNACTr +2.
STI opened slightly up but slipped to negative during the first hour of trading. It then returned to positive and closed the morning session at day high at 3224.
Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was also firmer.
Dow's future is marginally up at this moment.
