Euroepean bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +101 at 28236. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +114, ShanghaiC +38, Hangseng +336. STI closed -8 at 3198. Volume was 1.1b shares. Gainers were 215 to 230 losers.
Trend of STI is flattening.
Top volumes were Tritech +0.1, GoldenAgri +0.5, RexIntl -0.4, Broadway +3.1, Jiutian +0.1, SunMoonFood unchanged, YZJ -3, Spackman +0.1, ThomsonMed +0.1.
STI opened marginally down. It stayed flat in early morning trading and moved higher to hit morning and day high in late morning at 3218. It then fell to marginally negative to close for lunch at 3205. After lunch it hanged on at marginally down till mid afternoon before falling further to close at 3198. Day low was 3193.
Blue chips saw more gainers than losers. The general market was weaker.
European bourses and Dow's future are down at this moment.
