Europe were down on Friday but Dow was
+32 at 16583. Dow's trend is inching back up. Dow's future is now
+22. Europe opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei
-50, ShanghaiC +42, Hangseng +399. STI closed -25 at 3227. Volume
was 2b shares. Gainers were 194 to 259 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were HanKore +0.7, AdvanceSCT
unchanged, OttoMarine -0.7, CharismaEner -0.1, Transcu unchanged, WCorp
-0.3, KLW -0.2, SingTel -6, Armarda unchanged, GoldenAgr +1.
Market opened up but fell immediately
to negative territory. It fell further through the day to close at day
low. Blues were generally weaker.Penny and speculatives were mixed.
Tomorrow is holiday and market was quiet as usual.
Europe and Dow are looking steady for
tonight.
