Europe and Dow were down last night.
Dow-130 at 16401. Dow's trend is turning down. Dow's future
is now -12. Europe opened marginally down.
Asian bourses were mostly down with
Nikkei -424. ShanghaiC -18, Hangseng -230. STI -9 at 3237. Volume
was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 167 to 269 losers.
STI's trend is down.
Top volumes were Memstar +0.1, HanKore
-0.4, HLH +0.1, ICP unchanged, GoldenAgri -1, Genting -1.5, Charisma -0.1,
JES -0.3, Acma +0.1, APAC -0.3.
Market opened flat and drifted down
but closed off its low of 3226. It closed at 3237. Volume is another
pathetic 1.5b shares. Blue chips were generally weaker. Penny
and speculatives were seeing more losers than gainers. It is look like
a May market of low activity and general weaknesses.
Europe and Dow are looking sideways with a bit on the weak side at the
moment.
