Europe bourses were mixed last night.
Dow closed +13. Trend of Dow is up. Dow's future is now +12. Europe
opened slightly up.
Asian bourses closed generally weaker.
Nikkei -135, ShanghaiCC + 26, Hangseng -108. STI closed -6
at 3344. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 196 to 243 losers.
Trend of STI is up but flattening.
Top volumes were IHC -0.5, ThaiBev -3,
SIIC -0.6, WE unchanged, Charisma unchanged, Yuuzoo -8.5, AdvanceSCT +0.1,
APAC unchanged, GoldenAgri unchanged, HPHTrust unchanged.
Market opened down but recovered slightly
to stay positive in early morning trading. It then stayed flat, hovering
a bit up and down and finally closed at day low.
Blue chips were mostly weaker with a
bit of profit taking. Penny and speculatives were also seeing a bit more
reds.
Dow and Europe are looking steady at
the moment.
