Dow was closed last night. European
bourses were higher. Dow's downtrend is breaking with the last gain on
Friday. Dow's future is now +45. Europe opened positive.
Asian bourses were mostly up today.
Nikkei +352, ShanghaiC +58, Hangseng +213. STI closed +25 at
3332. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 294 to 167 losers.
Trend of STI is starting to turn up.
Top volumes were ResourcesPrima +2.5,
SIIC +0.6, IHC -0.5, Xpress -0.1, Memstar unchanged, Blumont +0.1, WE unchanged,
JES +0.3, MDR +0.1, Noble -0.5.
Market opened flat but moved up quickly
to trade higher the whole day. It closed near day high with +25 pts.
Blue chips were also mostly in the green. The general market saw
more gainers than losers.
Europe and Dow's future are looking
higher at the moment.
