Dow and Europe closed up on Friday.
Dow was +169 at 18128. Trend of Dow continues to move up. Dow's
future at the moment is -35. Europe opened down.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei
+194, ShanghaiC +70, Hangseng +119. STI closed +3 at 3415. Volume
was 1.2b shares. Gainers were 223 to 216 losers.
Trend of STI is moving up.
Top volumes were Noble +2.5, IHC +0.5,
SIIC -0.3, APAC unchanged, Biosensors +6, UniFiber +0.1, SingTel unchanged,
HPHTrust unchanged, ChipEngSeng -0.5, Vallianz +0.1.
STI opened marginally down but moved
up quickly and stayed positive for the rest of the session. It closed off
its high at 3430 with only +3. Blue chips were mostly firmer but penny
and speculatives were mixed.
Europe and Dow are looking weak at the
moment.
