European bourses were mostly down last
night. Dow closed +60 at 18037. Trend of Dow is still slightly
up. Dow's future at the moment is +34. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei
-39, ShanghaiC -52, Hangseng +57. STI closed +15 at 3536. Volume
was 3.8b shares. Gainers were 288 to 242 losers.
Trend of STI is up.
Top volumes were SinoConstruction -1.6,
Digiland unchanged, Jaya +0.4, Albedo +0.2, LionGold +0.2, Blumont +0.1,
Charisma -0.2, LH -0.2, Federal +0.5, InnoPac unchanged.
STI opened up and stayed up for the
whole session. Blue chips were slightly firmer. Penny and speculatives
were mixed. The frenzy buying in Hangseng and Shanghai has quiet down a
bit.
Europe and Dow are looking firm at the
moment.
