Europe and Dow were up last night.  Dow +209 to close at 18035.  Dow's trend is creeping back up.  Dow's future is now +92.  European bourses opened firmly up.  

Asian bourses were mostly up.  Nikkei +275, ShanghaiC +77, Hangseng + 756.  STI closed +8 at 3511.  Volume was 2.2b shares.  Gainers were 273 to 216 losers.

Trend of STI is still looking a bit up.

Top volumes were GMG +0.7, SinoConstruction +0.6, SIIC +0.5, Healthway +0.3, KLW +0.1, IHC unchanged, Jaya +0.5, PacificAndes unchanged,  Ntegrator +0.1, Noble -1.5.

Market opened slightly up and stayed up for the whole session but within a small range. Blue chips were mixed. The general market was seeing more gainers than losers.

Europe and Dow are looking to be firm tonight.
