Europe and Dow were all down last night.
Dow -75 closing at 18036. Dow's uptrend is flattening. Dow's
future is now -66. Europe opened flat.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei
-539, ShanghaiC -34, Hangseng -267. STI closed -11 at 3476. Volume
was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 213 to 240 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were MDR unchanged, ChinaFishery
-0.3, IHC -0.5, HPHTrust unchanged, SinoConstruction -0.1, Noble +1, GCCP
IPO closed at 15.1, Jiutian +0.3, PacificAndes +0.2, SingTel -1.
STI opened down and stayed down for
the whole session. It closed off its day low of 3467. Blue chips
were mixed, saved by some window dressing. General market was mixed.
Dow's future is down at the moment while
Europe is starting to turn positive.
