Europe and Dow were slightly down last
night. Dow closed -7 at 18106. Dow's trend is still up. Dow's
future is now -28. European bourses opened flat.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei
-233, ShanghaiC +94, Hangseng -87. STI closed -13 at 3519. Volume
was 2.6b shares. Gainers were 232 to 259 losers.
Trend of STI is toppish and starting
to turn down.
Top volumes were PacificAndes +0.5,
SinoConstruction -0.4, Polaris +0.1, SIIC unchanged, Jaya +0.2, GlobalYellowpg
+0.1, Healthway +0.2, IHC unchanged,Vallianz -0.3, ChinaEnv +0.1.
Market opened flat, turned up slightly
for two hours and drifted down and stayed down for the rest of the session.
Blue chips were seeing more losers than gainers. Overall market was
mixed.
Europe is flat and slightly weaker at
the moment. Dow's future is also slightly down.
